Fleeing a repressive court, Rosalind and Orlando escape to the Forest of Arden, a magical green world where they can find freedom, love, and (maybe) themselves. “As You Like It” is one of Shakespeare’s most beloved comedies, filled with song and dance, and Head Trick Theatre will be performing it this summer against a living forest backdrop in beautiful Blackstone Park!

Head Trick Theatre puts on innovative productions of classic plays with a focus on the importance of liveness. Our most recent production was “Tonight We Improvise”, a new translation of Pirandello’s metatheatrical mindscrew.
