York Pond is home to several species of birds, including those that nest here and some that visit to take advantage of the abundance of food. But birds aren’t the only flying creatures to visit the pond.
Did you know that there are migrant butterflies and dragonflies that stop by York Pond during their travels?!
We will walk to York Pond and discover the variety of species of birds, butterflies and dragonflies that call the pond home and those that are just visiting.
